The first experience that I had at Jenny Nails was great. The owners lovely daughter in law did my dip/shellac manicure and it lasted for 14 days and looked beautiful.
The second experience was sub par at best. I came in for my usual manicure and the gentlemen doing my nails made fun of my manicure style and was pressure selling me on long bedazzled acrylics. I politely told him I tend to keep my nails short and just wanted a French manicure, that I had kids and long nails didn’t fit with my lifestyle. He continued to pressure sell. I finally got him to do the style of manicure I came in for after the daughter in law told him to do the style I asked for. The shellac polish was peeling off that night and 24 hrs later three nail had peeled off and two others had started cracking. I called Jenny nails and they said to come in and they would fix them. I was heading out of town and planned to circle back when I arrived home. I came in immediately when I got back today, my luggage and family were still in the car. I was told they would have to charge me 1/2 price. All of my nails looked like horrendous and had for the whole week. The manicure didn’t even last 24 hrs. I had to go through the holiday weekend with gross nails and they weren’t even redone. I spend $65 and and 11/2 of my busy life I won’t get back and the shoddy work wasn’t guaranteed.

My experience here was okay. Sam did my manicure, during the process he Kept hitting my cuticles while smoothing out the acrylic. He explained to me what I wanted couldn’t be done, so I was bummed about that. It’s been a week since my nails have been done and some are lifting already.
Ashley did my pedicure and I really enjoyed her. I’ll book with her!

You will get the best services , always. I have never been to a salon that is so consistently amazing. The shop is large ,clean , and the staff is extremely sweet and they all pay attention to detail. I refuse to go anywhere else for a pedi or a dip manicure. They also have the largest selection of dip powders that I have seen in the area.

Very professional and got us in pretty quick! Ashley did an AMAZING job on my nails! Will definitely be coming back!

I called ahead to see if it was ok if I came in for a pedicure. It was 6:50pm and the website said they close at 8pm. I assured them I understand if it’s too close to closing. The nice woman on the phone said it is no problem, to come right in.
When I arrived I was greeted with a nice lady working on another customer. I choose my color then made eye contact with the woman who would be doing mine. She rudely said ‘go to first one.’ Without directing me to where the pedicure station was. I then sat down and greeted the lady. She ignored me. Rudely asked a question I couldn’t make out. Asked me to put my feet in this freezing cold water. Then hacked my feet for 10 minutes. She was not gentle, it was almost intentional aggression. She moved quickly but it wasn’t worth the pain. She polished them and sent me on my way. I did not receive the standard lotion application on my legs.
It was just a very disappointing experience. I will not be back. I’ve never had a pedicure with such an unfriendly nail professional.
Meanwhile we she was ‘sighing’ the entire time.
