The worst experience ever. I went for powder nails. Technician started to put on gel nails. When I said something about it she tried to convince me that she was putting powder nails on. Whatever! So I just let her put the "gel" nails on. As she filed my nails she had to pull the skin away from where the material went over the edge of my nail and was basically glued to my skin.
Then I asked for round nails and she squared them. I asked her again to round them and she gave me some excuse as to why she couldn't round them. She was a real bully. Do not go here unless you like being bullied and being told what you're going to get. Never mind what you want.

Horrible customer service. Rose is demanding and speaks too loud not caring about her client's privacy. If you ask for one specific person she gets an attitude. Mina does great nails. Her and the pedicure girl are the only friendly people there.

Love this place get your nails and toes done to perfection. They also do eyebrows tint and lashes.
