DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Horrible job on manicure and pedicure. HORRIBLE customer service. We even approached the owner about our experience and she was VERY rude and completely disrespectful and not helpful at all. Do not go here if you want a good mani/pedi you will be very displeased with this place,they don’t even deserve one star. Exactly as the other reviews say, do not recommend!!!! Wish I had read the reviews!

Very poor customer service. We might even have to press charges because they cut my wife's feet and didn't apologize for it. My wife first of all asked for a full pedicure and only got her paint off her toe nails removed removed. And then left her to sit there for 3 hours and still DIDN'T finish the job and forced my wife to pay for a full SERVICE or they would call the cops. So we did bc we knew it was wrong of them we were wronged by these stupid non-Americans. But instead of our money being returned they banned my wife and her friend from ever coming back. Now what TF is wrong with this nail place. Please share. These people are insane for treating there customers like this

Avoid this place at all cause! Go elsewhere please. The dad, I’m assuming, was nonchalant and very rude and act like he couldn’t open his mouth to greet customers or etc. I believe they are racist. I walked in and had to sit down for at least 45 minutes before someone could get to me. I was trying to be respectful and not just sit myself in the pedi chair or manicure table like a couple of people were doing. So the dad saw me sitting there to be serviced, but welcomed a Caucasian lady to sit at the table for service before me. Then had the nerves to TRY to start on her first when I was already there first and had been waiting. He and all the other young girls who work there saw when I came in. So he couldn’t say he didn’t know. These people are rude, disrespectful, and all about money. My money spends just like everybody else! I WILL NOT give them another dime of my money. I will be going elsewhere. I use to go to this place regularly, but after today...I will NOT return. You have to treat everyone with respect and work on people as they come in. Not skip around or have your pick & chooses due to the color of someone’s skin! Terrible service and rude staff!

Horror Story!
My friend and I went to get a deluxe pedicure and we were left sitting in the chairs for 2 hours. Before they finally came to do my pedicure. The young girl was in such a hurry she sliced my heel with the nail file causing it to bleed uncontrollably for 10 minutes. The owner got mad at me for telling her to stop pouring rubbing alcohol on my fresh wound. Demanded I pay and leave. When I told her I wasn’t paying because all they had done was taken off my old polish and cut me. She LOCKED the door and told me I wasn’t leaving until I gave her at least $20!! I paid and she unlocked the door. Then locked it back until my friend paid even though they had not done anything to her feet! My husband had to call the cops to try and get my money back! Do not go to this “SPA”. Horrid people!! They thought they could bully two young girls and get away with it! Also they had children working the pedicure chairs? I know because I asked her what her age was which was 13!!Child labor laws???
