BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
After a different nail salon in town completely butchered my nails for my wedding, I came to this place hoping to salvage it. The owner was so sweet and nice. Not only did they do an amazing job, he didn’t charge me at all.
I would be delighted to recommend this place to others as the service was amazing. Thank you again for showing me kindness during a very stressful wedding time.

I always have a great experience in VIP nail salon. The techs work quickly and efficiently to get to each customer all while providing wonderful service. They did an awesome job on my Halloween nail design! Love the owner- Jimmy! Very kind and makes sure each customer is happy :)

I developed an infection on my big toe when the person pulled and removed skin beside my toe that wasn’t supposed to be removed. When I went in to tell them what happened, (I waited 10 days hoping the pain would go away) Jimmii used every way he could think of to get out of the situation instead of offering to rectify it. He told me I had to know the name of the person. (I didn’t know it) then he told me I would have to come in the next day when everyone was there and I could go in the back and point out the person who gave me the pedicure....really? This isn’t a lineup. He would offer a suggestion to “help fix,” ie, using their cameras, but then said, “ oh no...we can’t look through hours and hours of video.” He even said,” don’t bring me into this” when I asked if he was able to identify the person. He crawfished every way he could. He asked me to write down my info on a post it note, which I did, and as I walked out the door he wadded it up. 😡😡😡 WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I get pedicures roughly every 3-4 months to keep my cuticles under control. I have been going here for about a year and have had a couple times that I have had pain after leaving (one time with a bad toes infection), which made me want to switch. However, because I stuck with it, I found the best person. Emma has done my last three sessions and they have always been excellent. Very friendly, does a great job and I NEVER have any pain or discomfort! Thank you Emma and VIP Nails!
