My daughter and I had been too lovely nails several times in the past and the experience was OK. However, our most recent visit we a called ahead to make it appointment. The at man than answered the phone did not even ask my name to put the appointment under and I had to remind him. When we arrived they Did not seem prepared for us. I did let them know that we both one and pedicures and manicures with acrylics. They did take us back immediately for the pedicures however the woman who was doing mine not only cut me but caused a Significant infection which is now going to require a medical procedure. We then sat down at to get the acrylics and My daughter and I had to share the male technician while the tips were being placed. He then went on to do her acrylics while the owner was splitting time between me and a walk in period we were there from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. which is quite excessive. By the end of our appointment these staff almost Seemed bothered that we were There. We were charged nearly $300 for the appointment. I do understand that we got gel Polish on our toes due to cauvet 19, to it sets of acrylics and nail art however this did seem a bit excessive. I will definitely not be returning.

I was hesitant about going to a nail salon but many church members referred me to Lovely Nails, I was more than satisfied! They kept everything social distancing. They made people wait outside and they limit the amount of people can be in the salon. I had to wait a little longer but I was explained that they had to wait for an available pedicure chair. I feel very comfortable when I’m there. I was in there 3 times since they re-opened, and they cleaned and disinfected everything very thoroughly.

First time getting a pedicure. Place was very clean, I was very relaxed, they did a great job. My feet feels great.

Best pedicure in over a decade, for sure! When the info indicates a sugar scrub and massage of calf and feet...it is delivered above expectations. The waxing was top of the line, as well. I will definitely return here for all the services and cant wait to have the manicure soon! My daughter and I both left extremely happy!
