Ann greeted me the moment I walked in the door and was very helpful with helping me choose the right nails for me and my job. Chad was the one who did my nails for me and listened to everything I wanted. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them, short, white and strong. I will be returning and this will be my only nail salon in Arizona, the BEST!!! Great customer service and efficient.

The salon itself looks run down.. the pedicure chairs are old and definitely need updating. I came in for a pedicure and a fill with gel. The pedicure was fine, however my fill w/ gel polish was awful. My nail polish GEL color was lifting before I even left for my trip (4 days later). It has been a week and a half since my service, and not only is the color chipped (or completely absent on some nails), the acrylic is lifting off of my nails as well. I am NOT rough with my hands, I am an office manager/administrative coordinator, so for them to look this mangled is incredibly disappointing. I will not be back.

Love my nails and LOVE the owners of this shop, they always greet me by name, make me feel special and always do a GREAT job on my nails. I have been coming to this establishment for a while now and won't go anywhere else. Thanks for all the BEAUTIFUL work you do on my toenails and fingernails. The massages Chad gives are GREAT!!!

You were rude, I was there when you came in and you were greeted. You ask if they used liners in there spa baths and were told they didn't but was told there were other places near by that did , you were also told by two customers that they disinfect each tub after being used. You then asked if anyone else was working and was told this was a family operation and that he would get to you as soon as he was done with the costumer he was working on. Two customers came and and you told them they would have to wait because you had already been waiting for 10 minutes. You were then told you could go somewhere else and you said you would wait, but then you said you had to go to work how much longer is it going to take and then you said you were going to leave a bad review and you weren't going to leave. You were ask to leave and you got nasty. I don't think the owner is prejudice you just got him upset. He doesn't like being rushed and you were being demanding and he tried to explain to you several times that he had to finish working on the costumer he was working on

This place is really REALLY REALLY bad. The owner is VERY rude and clearly racist. It was not busy AT ALL when I arrived and I was not fully acknowledged when I walked in the door. Once I was acknowledged I was pointed to the area where I could pick a polish and the selection was very poor, but I picked one anyway. Then I sat down and I waited for close to 30 minutes without even being acknowledged or getting a 'be right with you' from the inattentive male owner (who was the only person working there at the time). When, I asked how much longer it might take the owner, Chad, was very short with me and then suggested I go elsewhere. The MOST SHOCKING part of the whole thing was how aggressive the owner got when I left. As I was leaving HE SCREAMED "learn TO ACT AMERICAN" which was clearly directed at the fact that I am a Latina with olive skin. Nobody but a true racist behaves that way. His behavior was uncalled for under any circumstance. I would recommend that EVERYONE stay away from this business. Despite being from a minority group himself, he clearly lacks respect for our diverse community and particularly for people of Latina/o dissent.
