My wife was in today to have my oldest's nail fixed and a member of the staff shoved my 3 year old little girl to move her out of her way. Not a place we would recommend.

I've been going to Regal Nails (New market square) for many, many years and have always loved the way Tori does my nails. They always look natural and beautiful!!!

I have been coming to this salon for awhile and every time I go it gets worse and worse. It used to be clean and the techs used to be nice, etc. Although management is the same, something is off. After my last visit, I'm done. I had brought my grandmother in to get a pedicure because she has painful ingrown toe nails. She is from out of town & I wanted to pamper her. She gets pedicures often & knows what she needs. Mind you it was not busy at all, we were the only people there. I told them she must soak for 15 to 20 minutes before she can have her ingrowns removed because they are extremely painful & she has sensitive skin. They refused to accommodate her and only allowed her to soak for 5 minutes. She ended up in alot of pain. While she was getting a pedicure the owner was doing an acrylic fill on my nails, she was rude and would not speak to me because I wanted them to accommodate my grandmother. She proceeded to use tools on my nails that I am used to seeing but she used them on my nails in a manner that caused a lot of pain. I jerked my hand back from her multiple times because the tool was cutting into my nail making a hot and painful sensation. Instead of apologizing she and the nail tech that was serving my grandmother spoke in Veitnamese in front of us the entire time we were there. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON

I used to get my nails done at this location all the time, but haven't in a long time until today. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I specifically told the lady who did my nails that I didn't want them to be too thick, and she insisted that they wouldn't be, and that they would "look natural". I now look like I have tiny, little, misshapen blobs at the end of each finger. When I told her I was unhappy she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that they aren't thick, but that she "can't warranty" a broken nail if she makes them too thin. She then proceeded to ask the opinion of the other two ladies working there, as well as a customer if they thought my nails were too thick. When I was a customer here before, the quality was much better, and my nails were never this thick, nor did I have a problem with them breaking. They were pefect every time.
I am told this place is still under the same ownership, so what happened? And since when do you argue with dissatisfied customers, who know the difference between a great set of acrylics, and misshapen hack jobs? Since when is it okay to parade them in front of other patrons and employees to ask their opinions on the lousy job you did?
I am sadly disappointed.

All signs and advertisements said that they close at 8 PM, I walked in at 7:40pm and the lady told me that she would not simply remove a pair of acrylics because it was too late she was tired and she wanted to go home. Ridiculous
