Went for balayage purple and ended up with red hair.. they were very nice but do not listen to what you actually want!

Paid 170.00 for pink ombre highlights that lasted only 9 days. Washed out in two washes. Manager told us to come back in and they would fix their mistake. After putting robe on daughter they said it would cost us 25.00 more to fix their mistake. I told Dina that she should stand behind her product, her service and her customers. They did nothing. I filed a complaint with better business bureau, groupon, division of consumer affairs.
