I usually hate getting my nails done but was told to see Charlene. It’s a one hour drive for me but my friend who recommended Charlene had AMAZING nails and y’all know a great nail job and a great vibe is rare and worth the drive. You guys, she is a magician! She listened to my preferences and delivered AND she is a great conversationalist with a genuine, kind demeanor. Not only was she great, but everyone there was so sweet. 10/10, do recommend. Thank you, guys!

I went and got a set of nails done at this salon. Now i have heard good things about this place but the guy I got WAS terrible. He didn’t speak English. Another nail tech had to tell me what he was saying. So he started doing my nails. He didn’t push back my cuticles. So now I’m dealing with the acrylic stuck to them. When he started filing my nails...dear lord that man HURT ME. I told him a couple times that he was putting way to much pressure on my nailbed. It felt like he was trying to rip my nail off. He ended up cutting my cuticle (on one of my fingers) he apologized. The finish result looks great But it wasn’t worth the pain, the money, and my cuticles are now stuck to the acrylic. The only reason why I’m not giving this shop one star is because there are a couple people in there that are decent from what I have been told. If you choice to go here good luck. Edit: I forgot my nails hurt so bad for maybe 3-4 days after I got them done. Does that say anything??

I’ve been going to this salon for 2 years and I love the service that I receive from Khahn. Nobody does the coffin/ballerina nail shape better than him. The customer service is friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean and they provide water and fresh fruit each visit. I’ve highly recommended this salon to all of my friends and family.

I went 2 days ago for a pedicure and as soon as I sat down my pedicurist got close to my face (I have PCOS scars under my chin) and said "oh my... what happened to you?" and proceeded to tell me how terrible my skin looked. As she started my pedicure she continued to point out my flaws (the fact that I was flat footed and had callous). As far as the pedicure, She barely scrubbed the dead skin and was very light handed. The fruit and water was nice. Overall pretty disappointing experience. The only reason I didn't address it to management is because I assume she didn't mean to hurt my feelings but she was definitely rude as hell.

I was just here on Sunday 4/15/18. My husband purchased a gift certificate for me for my birthday. The package that I received included a pedicure, manicure and massage. I was totally excited, as I had never been to this nail salon before and wanted to check it out. The place appears to be very clean upon entry, but there are some things that I witnessed while having services completed that are not so sanitary...
1) The pedicure that I received included paraffin wax. When the wax was applied, the technician carried over the wax pot and put my foot inside of it. How many hands or feet do they dip in that same wax pot?
2) There was a lady getting a pedicure beside me but she was finished before me. When her service was completed her technician came back to get his tools, but only rinsed the bowl out before running water for the next client
3) There was a massage included in my service, after getting my manicure, the “massage therapist” walked me back to the massage room. When we got to the room, there was someone wrapped up in the blanket asleep on the massage table! The gentleman asked me to give him a minute as the sleeping employee got up, exited the room and went to the room next door. He invited me into the room and explained the massage process. I looked at the table and noticed that he left the table just the sleeping employee left them when she got up...gathered in the middle of the table. He asked me to prepare for my massage by removing my top and directed me to lay on top of the blankets. He did not change the blanket, but he did place a fresh towel over the pillow (which smelled like corn chips, by the way). After the massage, he told me that I had a large knot on the right side of my back and asked if I had back problems. I told him that I do not have back problems. He then said, “Oh, ok. I was going to recommend that you go see an actual massage therapist if you do”. What?!
I should have got up and walked out so many times, but I didn’t want to waste my husband’s money. I will not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place
