I am very prone to ingrown toenails, so I always shy away from pedicures. However, this seemed to be a nice place and the reviews were favorable so I decided to try it out. Big mistake. Even though I warned the lady to go easy on my big toes, she cut waaay too deep into the corner of my nail. Not only did I get the worst ingrown toenail of my life, it also became infected about a week later. Never never never again!

I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian wax - I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect. Thisha made me so comfortable explaining the procedure. It did not hurt at all. I've already scheduled my next appointment. I would highly recommend this place.

I bought a groupon and had my nails done at there place. The nail job was good but there appointment system sucks. For a while there, there booking system said they couldn't verify my iP address. Everytime I call no one is there. Then finally after trying many times I was able to book online. The date I booked my appointment I needed to reschedule. The program would not let you reschedule for the date I wanted too. Instead I had to rebook my appointment and cancel the other one. The worst part of my experience is the nicking and diming services. The nail tech charged an additional $5 bucks to remove my old gel nail polish. I never heard of someone charging to remove nail polish. I was already there and had other things I had to do. Then when i walked in, they took me right away and I felt rushed. She didnt even let me pick out my color before I started the service. She wanted me to pick the color while I was doing the service which was very awkward and uncomfortable. It's like they just want to get rid of you right away. If I was in a hurry I would have told her but because of this whole experience. I will not return plus the price for a regular manicure it way higher than the groupon.

Very nice establishment but the worst wax treatment I’ve ever had. Was pretty painless, however, hair was not removed. Had to get waxed again the next week.
