This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail place. I called and made an appointment for a spa pedicure and ended up with a rush job and it was not a spa pedicure. The girl (who was rude and disrespectful) acted like she was angry with my nails when removing polish. She briefly scrub my feet, put on greasy lotion and slapped color on in under 15 min. No I am not kidding. I take care of my feet and just moved to the area so I thought this would be a good place. Um no. It's not and at other places spa pedicures take 45 min to an hour and cost $30. I was told the charge for my very basic and rushed pedicure was $28. I was horrified. This was an awful experience and I will never return.

My experience going to Spa Nails has become worse and worse the more my twin sister and I go. Today I decided to just paint my regular nails and went in around 4:30. My sister and I were looking at nail polishes and one lady(the one that seems to be the boss there maybe?)says to ya to hurry because they close at five and I tell her we are just deciding on a color and she keeps telling us that they close at 5 so I just grab the polishes and sit down. As I sit down she turns to either an employee or customer and says “yeah they take forever. Looking at nail polishes and we close at five” and laughs as if we weren’t right there. Then she works on someone else’s nails behind me and keeps telling the customer that they can’t do what she’s asking for and tries talking about the shape of nails the customer wants (but raises her voice to where people turn to look at her). The time before this my sister and I wanted to get prom nails done and they sped through our nails which ended up making them look bad. I don’t reccomend coming to this spa. They have lost mine and my sisters business and we will be telling people we know about our experience of going there.

My usual nail place was busy so visited this salon. The service wasn't terrible, but the foot baths were not clean when we arrived.

The nail lady yelled at me and treated me horrible. I asked prior to my pedicure if it was a spa pedi if they would include paraffin wax or hot stone massage she said yes " have a seat" . There was nothing spa about it aside for the chair. No extras. When I go I want to relax and feel good. Its not just about having my toes painted. Am I right? I asked if I could pay to add on time I never had anyone get upset with me for asking to spend more money. It was horrible!
