Krystal Nails is by far the best nail shop in the region! their prices are extremely fair and their employees are super consistent! I love the way they listen to me and my concerns & are never rude. They like to add in comments on how they can make your nails look even better than how you originally intended them to look! Ask for Dan, Sandra, or Kristi! They are just a few of my favorites there & if you dont get them, you will still be satisfied with any of the other employees work!

I have been a loyal customer of Kristal Nails for over ten years. I typically have had Kristi take care of my no-chip manicure, but on some occasions I have had Dan or a few of her other girls work on my manicure. I couldn't be happier with their services!
I typically call ahead to get availability or a time frame for when to come in. Since I have a busy schedule, this has always worked for me. I have highly recommended Kristal Nails to my family and friends and they too continue to have their manicures done there as well!

I took my girlfriend here as a gift to treat her while we were in town. Seems like some of the reviews are a hit/miss with this spot but we decided to take a chance anyways since we were already nearby. We were greeted by Dan and Kristy/Krystal? who were actually very nice. The shop is very clean and well maintained. They even have TVs up on the wall so I had something to watch while they were working on my girlfriend's nails. She had a basic manicure and pedicure done which turned out pretty good. My girlfriend accidentally ruined one of her nails while it was drying so they fixed it free of charge. She's pretty happy with the end result. She said that it's better than most of the other nail salons that she's been to. They were pretty busy when we came in but you can tell that they try to get everyone done as efficiently as possible. If you're nearby, I would give them a try.

Krystal's is by far the best nail salon in the region. I see complaints of pricing, but anyone who actually cares about the quality of the work they are receiving shouldn't mind paying for a good job. I've been to other salons, such as Diamond Nails, where the prices are lower, along with the quality of the work they provide. I never mind if there's a wait, because it's obvious that Dan and Krystal work hard to give their customers top notch service. If you're looking for a salon that provides the cleanest, most personalized and overall above par work-- this is the place to go.

After 30 mins of sitting in the pedicure chair patiently waiting where I was asked to sit, I was asked if I someone was helping me (like they had no idea why I was there even though I told the young lady that seated me what I was coming in for). I had already picked out a color like one young lady asked. Then another young lady that ended up servicing me- I told her I wanted the same color on my fingernails that would be on my toes, but on my fingers I wanted French tip style. When we finally got to the manicure table, she starts doing my tips white. I’m like, “Excuse me, remember I said I wanted French tips with the same color on my toes...?” The young lady that seated me when I walked in had to be asked by the other technician three times if she could hand over my nail color. At this point I wasn’t even sure it was the same color I picked in the first place. Also, sister-girl used the pumice stone on one foot and not the other. Also after making a slick comment about the length of my nails (despite her own being questionably long) she asked me if I wanted my nails clipped down, I said yes and to the length of the middle finger nail on my right hand. This girl cut my nails down to some f*king booty fingers and I could tell she struggled to do the French tips because of how low she clipped them. Please do not waste your time with these scatter-brained, ill-practiced, rude ass technicians. Keep your money and go elsewhere. Don’t believe all these positive reviews...
