I absolutely love this place! I bring all my friends and family here. It's kinda pricey but they really take time to do a really good job. My son is 9 years old and comes with me to get a pedicure. The staff treats him like a king. He gets everything he wants and more. I've never been charged for something I didn't ask for and never had lights burn me or been cut. I absolutely loved my experience!

I went to get my nails done at the mall and I walked in without reading any reviews. The lady was nice but she jerked my hand around. She didn't pay attention to the small details and made the patterns very sloppy and did not use a printout. The patterns were not filled in properly and the shaping was very wrong. The nailpolish layer was uneven, and the process was painful. The driller cut my hand in several places and she filed my skin quite a few times. She did them as if she was in a rush but there was nothing to rush about . Out of all of her mistakes she only noticed one. Overall this place deserves a 0.
My friend had gone with me and the ends of her nails were facing up. She was also cut in several places.
The word needed for this salon is crappy.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Lady was kind; but about halfway though the nail drying light literally BURNED the first clear coat off the top of my nails and they still hurt now (5+ hours later).
I tried jerking my hand out and she held it saying I need to leave it there and I looked at here and told her it was hot, didn’t want to make a scene, the man next to her noticed and told the lady to unplug it and plug it back in - I noticed there was ELECTRICAL TAPE around the wires.... aside from that nails weren’t filed semetrically, there was clear coat under my nails (I assume from the melting/burning), and all the color on top wasn’t evenly applied (streaks and bubbles present).
The same thing happened to my friend who went with me so it isn’t just one that is all taped up. Also, her lady was rude and inconsiderate with her responses to my friend questions. This is my third time getting a mani in my life, this has been the worst of the three.

So I see there is no way for me to upload a photo of my infected finger that was cause by a technician filing through my skin with a priviously used nail file. It has been 3 days since the visit and during these three days my finger is swollen, tomatoe red, and throbbing. This was By far the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I went to California Nails once previously to the last visit and I got gel polish over acrylic and with in two days they started to lift. I decided to give them another chance and I fully regret it. I did call State Board and reported the incident as I am a Cosmetologist and should have known better. I also managed to get my money back! You should not have to pay for someone to hurt you especially at a “professional business”.
