Nails are honestly very good but I was a little displeased with the customer service and stopped going here because I felt like I was getting ripped off. $40 dollars to apply my acrylics and the same for a fill, then the next two time I wanted a fill they were different prices? I’m sorry but the lack of consistency there is ridiculous and I’ve never had to pay MORE for a fill then to get them initially put on anywhere else I’ve been. I don’t mind paying for good nails but a fill in my own opinion should not cost the same or more than initial application. Only giving two stars instead of one because my nails came out fine, just wish I hadn’t been played like a fool.

Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the work done on my nails wasn't too great. The nail tech didn't smooth them out leaving my nails lumpy and bumpy.

Friendly staff who do a great job. I went without an appointment and had to wait for an hour but they were very attentive to my needs.

Once a year Christmas I get my nails done. I started going there three Christmases ago. The first two times I was very very pleased with my nails. But this year it was a completely different experience. I had a different nail technician. She was very very rough with my hands. She was so rough with a file that she drew blood on my fingertips. And she used way too much glue. I feel like the skin around my fingernails is all glued to the nails. It feels very uncomfortable and it doesn't look as good as it has the past two years. I'm not slamming the whole Salon but that nail technician! I would never have her do my nails again. I'll probably find another place to go next year.
