Very rude and disrespectful. Much like the other reviews the man just stared and condecendinly spoke to us claiming we were late despite us being 10 minutes early. I don’t know why anyone would go here with all of these terrible reviews when just around the corner there are cleaner, bigger, and better customer service nail salons. Very disappointed by the rude nature of the employees here and would not recommend to anyone.

The women who did my french ombre full set did a fantastic job. She made sure to ask me exactly what shape and color I wanted throughout the process and they turned out beautifully!

Horrible service. Workers are rude and disrespectful. I paid 70 dollars for a pedicure and gel tips, which they finished in a half hour each. 30 for a pedicure is absolutely ridiculous when they don't have actual chairs and instead you are sitting on a booth with your feet in a tub. For my tips they used legit scissors to cut them instead of the proper tool. The fans on the desk blow the excess everywhere and was irritating my contacts. I do not recommend at all.

My best friend took me to get my nails done here two days before my wedding back in August. We arrived 30-45 minutes before closing, and there were people already getting serviced. Instead of politely letting us know immediately that they wouldn't be accepting more customers for the evening (which would've been totally fine), the two employees just kept blankly looking over at us for about five minutes. One lady finally came over, quickly moved the basket of nail designs we were casually looking through out of our reach, and then continued to stare at us. I asked about getting my nails done, and she rudely stated that they wouldn't have any more customers that evening. My friend and I politely said thank you and left, but were very put off by how rudely we were treated. Never going back. I'd rather spend more if it means nicer employees.

The service was terrible they are very rude to their customers. would NEVER recommend going there unless you want to get treated with disrespect
