Just rude, unprofessional people. They don't seem to know what "long and coffin shaped" means. They think us Americans like short 2005 square nails... anyways they wanted 40.00 just for my nails.... crazy and they were rude and crowded and don't give you the time of day

Came in with my friend to get our nails done and I guess if you don't let them know you want them done they automatically assume you don't want them and the older lady offered to do someone else's nails before me even though I walked in first then she got mad at me and told me "well you didn't tell me so now you have to wait, next time tell me" yeah the worse customer service I've ever seen and honestly it's not even worth coming here if they don't even greet you and ask what you are going to be getting done. Be better at customer service !!!!!!

Wow this place is just awful...the whole time the guy is doing my nails I'm telling him I don't like the way they look. He just continues doing them...then grabs MY PURSE hands it to me and says "sixty dollars pay now" before he even finished! I was paying for my cousins also...which was done by a different guy...she hates hers too!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I usually only come into this salon when the others are too busy to do a walk in. I came yesterday to get a full set of nails done. I waited about 15 minutes which I'm fine with, the workers are all usually pretty nice. While waiting, I saw one of the workers who was doing another girl's nails cut her. I was a little nervous but I really needed my nails done. So I finally got mine done, she cut me a few times which really frustrated me considering I bite my nails and cuticles and they are already cut in places. I told her to stop drilling them so much and to be more gentle. She was the rest of the time. My nails turned out okay, not one of my favorite sets.
