When you ask for gel and you get regular nail polish and you go back to have them fix it. They want to charge you 20.00 for gel when you had originally asked for it. The dude chatted it up the entire time with the other dude originally. I go back today and they all were clearly upset with me for asking them to fix it. Please avoid this establishment.

Will never go back. Over priced. I came with designs I wanted off Pintrest. Claimed they were too complicated but had design samples of much more complicated designs. So I just had glitter put on tips of my nails. They charged me extra $10 for glitter. Claiming they counted as full designs. They were rude and condescending. Plus 2 nails broke within a week. Do not waste your money here...not worth it.

2 days after I got my nails taken off and gel polish put on, my nails chipped... by chipping I mean completely came off. Bubble formed in my thumb because they weren’t baked long enough... all of my nails look terrible. When I was getting my hands buffed and cleaned up, she clipped a chunk of my finger off. It started bleeding after I screamed and she just kept going like it didn’t happen. Finally after about 5 minutes she goes ‘oh, I got you’. This was the worst nail salon visit I’ve ever had. I’m sticking to my regular salon for now on.

I can’t believe one of the employees tried to push me out of the store after I told him I wasn’t happy with my nails he told me to hurry up and pay them & refused to fix my nails! After several minutes of bickering I paid them for the services that I was happy with which I offered to do in the first place but the wanted to continue to argue and tell me not to come back and don’t worry I never will! They are very lucky I didn’t get the police involved after he actually tried to push out of the store. Then he claimed to be the manager and owner which I know is a lie. My friend stepped up to him after he tried to put his hands on me that’s when he got scared and wanted us to leave and after all of this I STILL PAID FOR MY SERVICES!!!!!!

Like their work. Service time not so much. Got there bout 4 didn't leave till 6:50.
