yeah i got a lip wax here . hoping she would do a good job and she was way too harsh so i won’t be returning ... save yourselves the trouble

Do I have to give them 1 star? They deserve a negative 5 stars. First off they pad their reviews. Now normally I don't care much about that stuff because other folks will chime in on the real deal but I counted on it when I got a gift certificate for my wifes birthday. Here is the story I got from my wife and her experience, She took my daughter and granddaughter along as a girls day out to get nails done. My 4 1/2 year old granddaughter would have her first experience having her nails done and it sounded like a fun day, especially because of all the good reviews Lena has. Well they were very rough with the girls and kept yelling at my granddaughter to set still. She is 4 1/2, give her a break. So day one didn't go so well but my wife had some money left on the gift certificate so she made an appointment to do her fingernails. As soon as she walked in the door Lena was on her about being late. Now if you knew my wife she is never late for anything. She writes everything down and according to what she wrote down when she made the appointment she was 5 minutes early. Lena must have booked folks to close together and blamed my wife. She hurried through the nail appointment and complained the entire time. NEVER again. As many nail places in this town you think you would try to treat folks better. DON'T BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. Fake news.
