Diane is the BEST! Fast and efficientand really nice. I love the way she does my nails~they're always perfect. If you don't make an appointment you will WAIT long periods of time to get services so do yourself a favor and call ahead of time for an appointment. If they're running a little behind, have patience because they are the BEST nail shop around!

The nail job is amazing but I stopped going due to the lack of customer service, the wait time and the personality of the whole facility in general. I have a busy life and I can't wait 3 hours just for nails. Every time I go, the nail lady/ man doesn't conversant with me so I just silently sit. The place is to packed all the time. It's stuffy and loud. It's not relaxing or enjoyable. The nails, like I said look great but I got things to do. I recommend it to those who have nothing but time on their hands

I have been coming here for years and the customer service is outstanding. They do a great job and prices are reasonable. 😩💅
