The polish they used on my nails was bad!!! Didn’t see it until I got out to my car. Spotty coverage and specs of dirt. Unfortunately I didn’t have time for them to redo, but the didn’t even offer a credit for cost of polish only. They tried to blame it on my wavy nail beds, but good quality base coat & polish takes care of that. Three stars because everything else was good. Won’t return.

I'm very particular about who does my nails and the shop I go to. This location was peaceful, not extremely busy, and very sanitary. My nail tech was Lena. She was friendly, engaging, and very warm. She was helpful with selection of services and my nails were PERFECT! I will be back to see her!

"I WOULD GIVE YOU YOURE MONEY BACK BUT WE WILL STILL HAVE TO TAKE THE NAILS OFF AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO NEVER COME BACK".
This was one of the phrases the manager told me. The worst experience I ever had at the nail salon. I was doing SNS on my nails and gel on toenails. The lady that was doing my nails cut me very bad and we couldn't stop blood for 10 minutes. The lady put GLUE on my wound and the pressed it with a tissue which made it glue to my skin and hurt it even more. You would think that this is everything but its not even close. After 2 hours when i left the salon, one of my nails already chopped!!! I came back but the place was already closed. So I came back the next day. The same lady was fixing my nail. She cut me again and said that it's my fault and i'm moving too much. When she finished doing my nail, it was the WORST QUALITY I'VE EVER SEEN. It was uneven and looked too thick. I was very mad at that point and asked for money back. I was talking to manager and she was being EXTREMELY RUDE to me. She said that the nail lady did excellent job and it's all my fault. Manager said that I can take my money back but they will have to take my nails off too!!! WTH!!! After talking to her for few more minutes, she said she will give me 50% back. So I was like ok, fine give me at least 50%. And then she said "never mind, I changed my mind". Then I honestly got pissed and was asking for a owners phone number. She would not give it too me. Then came the best phrase I ever heard. "I WOULD GIVE YOU YOURE MONEY BACK BUT WE WILL STILL HAVE TO TAKE THE NAILS OFF AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO NEVER COME BACK". Don't expect any girls from this area to come there.

I loved this place ,all staff services good. They are friendly, they use liner for spa pedicure, the salon are high sanitation, great place for relax , they are not supper busy, I came most the time they are steady place and more conviene for me to go to fresh market next door
