I waited 45 min with my feet in the water, while they kept telling me it would be just a few more min. They were clearly understaffed, taking on way more than they could serve in a reasonable amount of time! I left without getting a pedi & the lady in front of me was still waiting for service.

Very good at what they do, just are always overcrowded because they're understaffed......
