Great place and pretty decently priced. Diana did an amazing job on my hair even though my baby cried the whole time! I will definitely be going back!

My experience was awful. I booked with Sarah H for Hair and Makeup as I had a photoshoot that day. My appointment was booked Bout r weeks in advance. I get to my appointment and Sarah did not write me down in her books. She forgot about me. Extremely upset trying to hold back tears in the salon because at this point I don't have time to do my own hair and makeup. Sarah finally comes in 30 minutes later. My makeup looked good. But I wanted my (mid forearm length) hair curled. Where my hair is so long, I told her it doesnt hold the curl very well. I said, if it will help hold the curl, you can cut a little bit off if you want. Without offering any other solutions she agreed and showed me an inch where she was going to cut. I said that she could take a little more than that off. Next thing I knew, there was at least 6 inches of my long beautiful hair, carelessly chopped off and on the floor. In other places there was a difference of another 3 inches in length. I tried contacting her about my concerns and she told me it'd be best to go to someone I could rely on. Not another comment of fixing my hair was mentioned. I had to go get it fixed as it looked like a 3 year old had taken scissors to it. My hair needed another 3 inches off to get it all one length. A total of 8.5 inches was taken off my hair because of her mistake. And now, I am banned from getting my nails done there as well because of her mistake. I then communicated how unfortunate the situation was and that all I really wanted was a sincere apology for destroying years off my hair. And the text I got back? "The only thing I'm sorry for is booking you in the first place. Take your drama somewhere else" Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend Sarah H at all. Or Studio170 for that matter. As the manager has done nothing to make this right, but claims she has "done their best to meet my needs" and also seems completely fine with how her staff treats their clients. Worst salon experience I have ever had.

I have had my hair done by Sarah H a few times and I have always been very pleased with how it’s turned out. I love getting to chat with Sarah and seeing her cute smile! I would recommend studio 170 for sure!

Everyone at Studio 170 is professional AND knowledgeable. Love that I can go to one place and get ALL of my beauty needs met from hair to massage to facials to nails. I don't always go to the same person and have been happy with each one. Definitely reccomend this place to anyone.
