Horrible service. The ladies were courteous. But horrible service. They half polished my nails and toes. Water was cold during the pedicure😕, she didn't add any foot salts to the water. As soon as I put my feet in the water she was ready to start 😒.I told her she didn't do the pedicure correctly, there was no attempt to try and fix it😠just excuses. Horrible polish job in my feet.She scrubbed my ankles, luckily there's no scrapes on them😯. The nail tech was suppose to do the natural look, they just look like the normal false nails 😳. Horrible polish job on my nails. They charge for every little thing and they're work doesn't reflect the prices. I recommend you take your money and time somewhere else.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! Rude staff. Poor product quality. My nails lifted three days after getting them done. They refused to fix and if they did, I had to pay again. The location manager who is the sister to her partner Andy (she sits at the front counter) is ghetto, rude and does not respect her customers.

Came in for a Mani/pedi... The pedi was good; however, the man doing my nails literally damaged my nails. He used the electric filer on top of my actual nails, which thinned them out and caused them to become brittle and break as they grew. Mind you, he didnt use it to shape my nail, but put in on the actual nail bed. I will never go back. This place needs to be shut down because they are damaging your nails instead of strengthening them. My nails shouldn't be worse by going to a nail shop. The service was fast because there was no one in there...which should've been the first clue.

This is a hottttt mess.. They need new owners.. They rushed me and my boyfriend.. The service is bad.. Want u to pay for the little flip flop that we have to wear when our polish is set.. I usaully get gel nail but I wasn't giving them no more than them little 17 dollars.. We spent 40 in there.. Dont waste ur money.. My polish still not dry and it's hours later.. had a little gel polish on 2 toes that I did not peel off She told me 3$.. I said oh bae baby I'll do that myself.. Then she said no no no ill do it... Smmfh

Honestly it is a hit or miss. Sometimes you will have great services and sometimes you will have so so experience. If they are extremely busy then beware but on a day like today which is a Sunday around 2pm, the service was great. They are pretty busy on Fridays after 2pm and all day Saturdays.
