Macy's is truly one of a kind. You can always find anything home related in one trip. The products are usually of a high quality, so you don't need to worry that you're getting some fake product on Amazon. Even if you're not buying anything, just browsing around Macy's is fun, especially if you're with a good friend or significant other. Plus there's food right in the same building so you could make a day trip out of it. Get in some good exercise while shopping, and eat to recover your energy. The staff usually seem nice except for one time I had a not so friendly cashier, and why I give them 4 out of 5, but all in all this Macy's is a great place to have a fun day shopping.

Awesome, big store. The demand here remains strong despite COVID and pressure from online sales. What can I say, some deals just bring you in! Only visited a handful of times throughout the years, the most recent to pick something up I had ordered online. Although the line was long because it was a Friday night, customer service was very friendly and helpful despite me not having the item number handy. Would definitely stop by again.
