He did a very nice job and was very knowledgeable telling me that my laptop was worth saving and getting me a battery that works now as well. The computer was completely cleaned and does run faster. I thought the pricing was very reasonable for what was done and sure beat buying a new computer. They also gave me information on how to keep my computer running well.

Very nice gentleman. He was meticulous and was able to find the issue right away while I stood there. Will be bringing back my laptop when daughter breaks it again. Great service!

Excellent service! My desktop computer runs better than when new. I am an Army veteran and felt very at home interfacing with Bill. I would recommend Digital Technologies to everyone.

I took my computer to this store because I needed my computer back the same day. I was on a business trip and my computer had been running slow and I should have had it fixed some time ago. I took it to this shop because as my luck goes, I dropped a cup on it an though empty fortunately, it destroyed my laptops screen.
I called and they said they might have a screen in stock, so I took it when they opened at 10 AM and luckily, they had one. I asked if I could pick it up at 4 or 4:30 and they said no problem.
As it turned out, I was running late and I called and asked if they could help and Bill said he would stay until I got there. I was an HOUR LATE, and he was still there! Amazing! He started the laptop and showed me the screen and I was very happy with it and thanked him. He said he couldn't take the credit - that his partner Kelly did it, and she had observed that it was running really slow so she tuned it up for me.
I have to say, this computer didn't run as well, or as fast, when it was BRAND NEW! Then I went to their website and learned that it normally costs $120 dollars for a full "Clean and Optimize," but Bill only charged me $45 for that (plus the screen and labor) that all totaled came out to $80 for the service, and $55 for the screen! I checked with a shop at home that I have used in the past and they quoted me $300 (THREE HUNDRED) dollars!
I will from now on, wait to have my computer serviced when I am in Pennsylvania! I was thinking it might be time to replace this laptop because it's Windows 7, but Bill assured me that 7 is good for at least a few more years so he saved me money again, that I now do not have to spend.
