So last Friday I got a fill and the guy did a GREAT job BUT my full cost me $105!!!! I got charged for EVERY LITTLE thing! I just feel like they need to make you aware of the cost or when a client says I want my nails filed this way then make them aware that is an additional charge… because when I was told $105 is my total I almost fell out! Other than that I love my nails 💅🏼 BUT I will be asking about everything so I don’t get charged for it.

I had an Amazing time at Diva Nails & Spa Lounge, it's super cute in there and I really enjoyed the services, the pedicure, solar powder nails, brazilian wax were all amazing! My nail tech, who I believe is the manager, was sooo good and flexible with me during each service. Clean establishment, they really have a bar like seating spot, which is really nice!
Their attention to detail, creativity and customer service was impeccable! I will definitely be back. I felt like a million bucks when I left!

I have all the nice and wonderful things to say about Diva Nails!!
Jason started my full set of powder-dip nails and Troy finished them - Jason had an appointment/return customer come in to see specifically him before he could shape/file/paint my nails... Troy jumped right in and did the shaping, filling and painted my nails.
They were both SUPER AMAZING!! They take their time and pay attention to all the little details. The spa is super clean and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Plus they don’t ignore you the entire time they’re doing your nails, they talk with you and are happy to answer your questions.
I will definitely be returning, they have my loyalty and my business!!

Had a good experience getting a pedicure here today. I have been looking for a new nail salon since I moved to Dunkirk several months ago. The place is really cute inside with a nice atmosphere. Well decorated etc.
Staff is very friendly. When I got here early Saturday morning the place was packed but they got to me very quickly. My service was quick but not rushed. They have a LOT of staff working which made the place run very efficiently.
I was pleased with the quality of the service. Overall I'm very pleased and would plan to come back!
