I have gone to this establishment multiple times to get a pedicure and have never had an issue. I went and got a pedicure on a Friday, there was no one in line behind me, minimal on chairs and my pedicure lasted 10 minutes. The massage was rushed and was uncomfortable as the pressure was extremely firm. The next day I went in for a dip set and and was immediately sat down and rushed. They were busy yes but the practitioner should always focus on who they have in front of them. I wanted a lighter color then changed my mind to a fall color. Only spent about 4-5 minutes looking at their 100+ colors before she said “if you keep looking I’m going to take the colors away from you”. So I just picked a color, which a day later I’m extremely unhappy with, and didn’t say anything else. She continuously kept hitting the side of my skin ticking around the nail which I now have red, raises gouges on my fingers. Didn’t ask me how I wanted them shaped, if I liked their services, nothing. Just asked for me to set there and let them dry while she got on her phone and then asked me to pay. I’ll give them a second chance but I was very displeased with my last visit.

They do good work at very reasonable price. I've had more good techs than not, but one who I've started to request for appointments is Ashley. If she's not working, I usually just walk in, and I'm nearly always happy with whomever does my nails!

Always such an amazing experience 😍 I feel pampered. I highly recommend getting the dipping powder nails, this was my second time and I didn't have to use fake nail tips this time and my nails are really strong! Plus side is no wait time at the end for drying or the risk of smudging lol

They are polite, efficient and fun! I feel happy when I am there. Always pleased with their work

3yr customer, I have seen everyone and have never had a bad experience. If you stop in and see an adorable kiddo, that’s Johnson, say hi!
