I had my first and last visit here yesterday for a gel pedicure. I called yesterday to inquire about the types of spa pedicures they have she gave me prices but didnt say what they included. I was told a color gel pedicure was $40 plus a 10 minute massage was $14. I verified the total would be $54 to which the lady said yes. Once I got there I was told a color gel pedicure was $62 (which apparently doesnt include a massage) and it was the gel manicure that was $40. Not only that but during the middle of my appt my nail tech had to finish polish on another client. Whats the point in making an appt if I need to wait 15 minutes in the middle of my pedicure for her to finish up someone else ? I will definitely never be coming back.

This place is lovely Im really shocked by the negative reviews. Because the place is always spotless. They do great services at reasonable prices. Most of the other salons in the area aren't as clean and don't have the quality of service dove provides. I have been coming here for over 7 years. I wont go anywhere else.

Very clean, nice technician. The manager or front desk person told me about all the upcharges when I asked for different things which was great so I knew what it would cost. Amazing massage while my nails dried. They totally accommodated my Pinterest manicure wishes. I went at 9:45am on a Saturday and there was no wait.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've been going to Dove for years. I live in the area and have tried every nail place, but I keep returning to dove. Their services might cost a few bucks more, but it's so worth it. The staff is great, the spa pedicures are awesome, the place is so clean, my pedicures often last for two weeks! You can't beat this place. If you're a penny pincher go to the cheap places, if you want a clean, welcoming place that provides great services, go to Dove.

They attempted to charge me $120.00 for a gel manicure!! I was so shocked. And they don't do acrylics. Communication was definitely off.
