I Froze my account with them over a year ago. Noticed a month ago that I was suddenly being charged $90 a month again. I called and asked what the deal was and was told that "my account automatically unfreezes after a year". I asked for a credit as this was not approved by me and was told she couldn't do anything and that the owner wouldn't be available for 2 weeks. I have now taken this issue up with my bank.

I do not recommend!! I signed up for 3mon of tanning and froze the last month so I could use it after summer was over! Well I forgot about it, moved and a year later it unfroze and was charging me monthly!! When I called no one could help me finally I got a manager to cancel it over the phone for me!!! The just want your $ go somewhere else!

This place is great. I have nothing but good things to say about Beach House they are always very helpful with any questions and run an immaculate operation.
