Classy’s has been around for so long! They were known as the best of the best in Arlington. However throughout the years I’ve stopped going. Its always very crowded, and due to the pressure they have i stopped feeling that “spa” sensation. The last couple of times i went i felt rushed, my nails had a bad shape to them and they hesitate to fix small imperfections.

Went in yesterday for a gel pedicure two thumbs way up! awesome prices and great service. the lady took her time and was very friendly!

I went this past Saturday to get a full set and pedicure. First, I felt so rushed, I wasn’t even sure what kind of set or color I wanted but as soon as you walk in they want to know and you may or may not have to grab a number. Second, the place is so so tiny and you have to squeeze through people with your wet nails to get to the back to get your pedicure and the pedicure chairs are so close to each other you basically put all your business in the next persons face to sit down. Third, there’s a few walls that look so disgusting with stains that look like food or spit. There’s a really nasty wall behind the door where the nail polish is and where there’s two chairs so if you sit there people have to reach through/over you to get to the nail polish. Seating is limited. Fourth, there were about 10 customers crammed in there with the 8-10 employees and the employees don’t speak to you unless asking what you want but they laugh and talk to each other. Fifth, the man that did my nails did not want to fix the paint that I messed up on my nails while they were drying, even if I offered to pay, he just painted another layer of clear on it and his wife then sternly told me to be careful and not carry anything with me (I had my phone and that is not why I messed up my nail). People come to nail salons to feel pampered and relax. This place is demanding, rude, disrespectful, and dirty.

The wait is horrible for mediocre work. If you don't get Cindy you're wasting your time. However every time I go to get my eyebrows done they're the best ever!
