The only reason this place is getting one star is because there is nothing less to select. I went in with my sister and were helped right away. We were the only 2 people in there. The lady who helped us was clearly in a rush to get us out of there. It wasn't near closing time so maybe she was just trying to get home. Long story short, she did a very bad job. Nails crooked and oddly shaped. Left acrylic clumps on the inner nails, and missed acrylic on the top side of the nails. She had to re-do a lot since I was telling her during the time she was doing my nails that I could see some obvious imperfections. I will NEVER come to this place again and I recommend you save yourself the experience.

Steer clear! This was the worst nail experience it has ever been my displeasure to live. I went in for a gel manicure, and left with a gel half-icure. She was clearly in a rush to get me out of the way, and in her haste missed the edges of my nails, and left thick uneven clumps on some of them. They began to crack the following day. Safe to say that I will not be returning to Nail Fail Studio.

Tina is nice and I have no problem with her. But she doesn't do a very good job on nails. I went there a week ago and got a full set of nails with a colored nail powder (similar to pink and white application ). She told me that there would be no chipping and would last about 2 weeks. WRONG!!! My nails are already chipping!!! VERY disappointed!! And, my left last finger nail is a tad longer than all of my other nail's. Plus she is too quick when doing the job. Plus she insists on you paying cash!! Quite embarrassing when you get ready to pay with your debit card. Sorry Tina, but I don't carry cash on me all the time. Will give her ONE more chance to do my nails and do them better or I WILL go somewhere else!!!
