Honestly I’ll keep it short and sweet - the pictures will explain the experience.
My only regret was paying $67 and still tipping!
As a person who works in customer service I am very patient, I understand there are good and bad days. So that’s why I didn’t speak up, but I paid $32 for the sugar scrub… and $30 for gel!
No massage, no parrafin wax, no real massage experience! I mean for goodness sakes no one offered me a water! Glass of wine or anything for that matter! I just sat in the chair got my toes clipped and painted. No real experience. I would’ve much rather paid $100 plus in the high end salons for a real personalized experience.
Didn’t like the French tip… as you can see so I asked to just paint the full toe white. After 3 layers of pink they added 3 layers of white on top! So my toes are thick and gross you can still see pink at the bottom, my toenails were never filed evenly or square as I asked.
I literally cried when I left!
Worst experience and pedicure ever!

I love going to Cute nails. I go every 2 weeks. Service is always great and friendly. I’ve tried almost every nail tech and they are all so sweet. The owner always make sure I am greeted and care for. The place is very clean. My nails always look amazing and I will return soon.

I had a manicure and a fill within the last two weeks, both were excellent. But Wednesday (3/12/25) evening I had a pedicure, the person giving the pedicure was kind but the polishing was streaky and polish was on my cuticles, not neat and clean. (I spent 55.00 plus tip)
When I went in to correct the issue today, the manager took a look, she knew it was below subpar but still charged me $30.00 to correct the poor workmanship. That did not sit well with me when I left, when I went in for the pedicure on Wednesday, I inquired about the young lady who did an excellent job in the past, she was there but someone else took the job. Today that young lady had me leaving 110% satisfied with her skills, but not satisfied that I had to pay to fix a below subpar pedicure. I would have never had this issue if they would have given her my business Wednesday. (Today I spent 75.00 plus tip)
If you want a good pedicure, go with Neybi, steady hand and pays attention to detail.

Wonderful little shop! They take such great care of me here. Nails always looks amazing. When I come in with crazy ideas for my nails or see a trend I want to try…they are ready and willing to accommodate my creativity and the result is always fantastic! Nail shape on point…these skilled nail technicians make sure I look my best. ♥️Never just another client here. Very warm & personal service. Get in here…you’re missing out!!

Me and my friend go here all the time!! It is my favorite nail place and always does amazing work. Just got our prom nails done here and they look exactly like the inspiration pictures! Only took an hour for two of us as well!
