Honestly I’ll keep it short and sweet - the pictures will explain the experience.
My only regret was paying $67 and still tipping!
As a person who works in customer service I am very patient, I understand there are good and bad days. So that’s why I didn’t speak up, but I paid $32 for the sugar scrub… and $30 for gel!
No massage, no parrafin wax, no real massage experience! I mean for goodness sakes no one offered me a water! Glass of wine or anything for that matter! I just sat in the chair got my toes clipped and painted. No real experience. I would’ve much rather paid $100 plus in the high end salons for a real personalized experience.
Didn’t like the French tip… as you can see so I asked to just paint the full toe white. After 3 layers of pink they added 3 layers of white on top! So my toes are thick and gross you can still see pink at the bottom, my toenails were never filed evenly or square as I asked.
I literally cried when I left!

Wonderful little shop! They take such great care of me here. Nails always looks amazing. When I come in with crazy ideas for my nails or see a trend I want to try…they are ready and willing to accommodate my creativity and the result is always fantastic! Nail shape on point…these skilled nail technicians make sure I look my best. ♥️Never just another client here. Very warm & personal service. Get in here…you’re missing out!!

Me and my friend go here all the time!! It is my favorite nail place and always does amazing work. Just got our prom nails done here and they look exactly like the inspiration pictures! Only took an hour for two of us as well!

My friend and I decided to do a walk in appointment to get our nails done. We walked out so happy with our set and nail techs were super nice!

I would leave negative starts if I could. Buyer beware. I had a poor experience with cute nails. I made an appointment for manicure and pedicure. I never mentioned a full set. They didn't have enough polish colors for me and the lady next to me to do the same blue color. Then when my pedicure was almost done they sent me on my way. I mentioned to them I also asked for a manicure. I waited until a tech was available and he soaked off my old nail. A sugar scrub pedicure is advertised as 37 and 25 for a manicure. I was charged 100.00. even with tax the extra 38.00 doesn't make sense.
After I left my review the business messaged me at 9 at night. When I did not reply they messaged me from a different number the next day. ( This is harassment) to explain that the price was an additional 20 for gel polish. They offered me a gift card to delete my review. Which is probably where the good reviews come from. One of my co workers looked at my nails and said "they left the cuticles would be an acceptable price for better quality service.
