I don't understand how anyone can leave a poor review. I'm very, VERY picky about my nails and this past week was my FIRST visit to Kathy's nails. It would be best to make an appointment just so you aren't waiting, since there is a ton of repeat regulars getting serviced. John did my nails and he was very polite. His wife Kathy is very friendly as well. He communicated very well as far as what I prefer in a nail service. He made good conversation during my session. They are not over priced either. (I'm a penny pincher!)He took his time and made sure to provide quality work. (he made sure to ask if I like them thin or thick, went "above and beyond" on my nail shape, etc... ) I'm very happy with my nails and WILL be returning next time I need a fill, full set or pedicure. I live on the other side of San Antonio and am willing to make the drive, so that says something! I was very comfortable during my service. Thank you John! A full set is sadly a rare luxury these days for me and I'm so glad I picked you guys as oppose to someone else!

I have been going to Kathy for 15 years or so. She and John are always professional, the salon is clean, and my nails always look amazing! Make an appointment because they are always booked with repeat customers. You won’t find a better nail salon.

I have tried other shops and this will be my new go to. They have a variety of dip powders and even do fills on powders. Great job on my nails..actually best I've ever had. Mr. John was very nice. The shop wasn't busy when I went but I could see how it could be so I'll be making appointments from now on.

I went to the shop for the first time today. Kathy was wonderful and my nails are beautiful. I will be coming back every chance I have. Thank you Kathy. The shop was very clean.

If you’re looking for a walk-in for quick polish this is not the place for you . I was told they were too busy for walk-ins
