This is the worst place in Brownsville. Service is horrible. Was ignored for a whole hour with my feet in the cold water waiting for a pedicure. People were walking in and were being helped before me. I hate being ignored. Then a lady starts to work on my feet and leaves me to go help another lady that just walked in. Horrible!!!!! Dont even try it.

Terrible work. Went in to try out for pedicure and nails. Pedicure all the girl did was paint my nails nothing to it. Gentleman did my nails same thing, all he did was paint nails and not much else. Will not go back. You go in for the full experience, the oil, the massage. You will not get any of that with them

Poor service, never coming here again. My daughter and I had to ask if we could sit down for a pedicure
We had already waited like 15 minutes which we didn't mind. We understand and don't mind the wait but when we saw two girls walking in and immediately asked them to sit down, and then filled the tub with water to soak their feet, that's when we decided to walk out. They didn't even have them courtesy to fill the tub with water to soak our feet. Never coming to this place again.

I wouldn't know what kind of work they do...and i really don't care to know either....
we picked out our nail colors as we were asked to and then stood around trying to figure out where to sit for our pedicures....
We finally asked where to sit and the rude lady doing pedicures points to 2 empty chairs next to her with empty tubs/no water....we sat there like that for at least 10-15 minutes (when we could have at least had our feet soaked).
2 more ladies walked in after us requesting pedicures and not only were immediately sat down but also had their tubs filled. Thanks for wasting 20 min of my time.

Service was decent , a little over priced but the job was very well executed. I've had my nails for over 2 weeks and they still look very nice they haven't chipped nor cracked.
