Ms. Dana is awesome, the only reason I have given 3 stars is because no matter what time of day I call I can never get someone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. I shouldn't have to make a special trip just to make an appointment, start answering the phone and I'll give y'all 5 stars for sure.

I don't understand. If someone is a different race or they have a different hair texture it requires different products for your hair. They teach these basic fundamentals of hair treatment in school. Everyone doesn't require a oil base shampoo or hair sheen sprayed in there hair. The sad part about it is, we still left a 10 dollar tip. I guess the tip was for incompetence. I ask management to please educate their workers....because the cosmetology school that this particular worker attended should lose there accreditation or maybe just maybe she fell asleep when that section was covered.
