The first time I went here, the lady was nice and my nails looked great. I decided to go back and that was the worst decision ever. The man I had did not listen to what I wanted, I had to repeat myself multiple times. I wanted gel nails and he prepped me for acrylics until I said something. Then he was doing a poor job on my cuticles so I had to keep redirecting him. He started getting irritated and was trying to rush through them. He proceeded to go too far down on my thumb nail and it wouldn’t stop bleeding, he kept shaking his head. I ended up leaving without going any further and I will never be back. If he wasn’t rushing and pushing so hard, he wouldn’t have cut me. Don’t go here!!!!

Unfortunately there’s nothing less than 1 star. I went in for a dip fill and they charged me $55 for a FILL. They cut me multiple times and didn’t use a light on my nails they had them dry under the dryer. Which I have never had done. I got gems put on my nails and not even a day later 90% of them were gone! Not even a week later my nail broke! I have NEVER had a nail break in the 8 years I’ve been getting my nails done! I will not be back here again! I am so disappointed with this and so upset I wasted my money here!

It is a joy to have a clean, lovely place to go to for nail services downtown. I was impressed with the organization of the nail colors. The dip manicure I received was expertly done and my nails looked lovely when finished. I am very happy with Bebe Nail & Spa and will certainly return. I'll probably splurge on a pedicure next time.

The woman who assisted me was very kind and had great customer service! I go to another nail salon that I am very loyal to and genuinely like however, I had a wedding to attend on Saturday and figured I'd run to BeBe Nails just for a Pedi on a lunch break! I pay essentially the same amount at another Salon, but they are more thorough and there's more perks with your visit. I had my polish on for about a week and a half and started to feel pain in both big toes, I took off the polish only to find an infection. The tools were sitting out before use, so I'm not sure if they were properly cleaned or what, but I'm definitely paying the price of uncleanliness.

Fantastic amount of color choices for dip nails. Extremely friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. A bit of a wait though.
