Never EVER come here! I'm sorry but the quality of the products that are used in this place are extremely low level. I'd pay extra for shilac and, I kid you NOT the paint chipped off a few day's later. Lisa, is tired. She needs to retire already. This shop has been around for many years and is now at a point of no return with me. She rushes you out the door so she can hurry to another customer and is harsh on your hands and feet. She broke through the skin on my toes with the pumice stone during a pedicure. She cut too deep on my cuticles, she's not compassionate or grateful for your business. The prices are lower than most places would be... But you get what you pay for. My nails litteraly kept popping off. I had to keep glueing them down, due to this two of my nails developed a fungus that I had to get treated!! It's not worth the headache. You get horrible customer service and the nails are HORRIBLE.... She doesn't even shape them to Where they are smooth and even. I kept coming here because the shop stayed open late and it worked with my schedule. But, so do other places! If you are ever on I10@ Taylor go to a salon named Rumor Has It... Joselys does an AMAZING job and has gained a loyal customer. It's a little pricey, but its absolutely worth it!!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE ! She originally did my nails on a Friday , and by the following Tuesday’s i demanded my nails done over after they all began to lift ! She actually tried too get me to pay 10 dollars after she messed up ! Now another three days after getting my nails REDONE they are beaking off . She is ignoring my calls and messages . I went by her new spot in the barber shop and they said she was at a funeral . I am highly pissed and will not be going back EVER ! That’s what happens when i take the cheap route . I WILL BW PUSHING FOR MY MONEY BACK ! Also the health department needs to come by and check her instruments !

If I could give them no stars I would !!!The lady that was doing my full set CUT ME when she was drilling my nails!!!!!professionals dont do that !!!!to save few(5bucks )Dont come here !!!!on top of that 3 nails fell off within 4days ...

There is a reason the place is empty and the prices are so cheap. I only went here to get my arcylics taken off, nothing more. Of course they want your service so they insist you sit down. They had no idea what they were doing. I told them the nails were less than 2 weeks old and very strong. They still tried to shove another acrylic nail under it to lift it and it was very painful. The use a drill to shave my nails down ( I know the difference between a nail filer and a drill for woods/carving). The drill was so strong that it got to my real nail exposing the soft part. This entire process took 15 mins. JUST TO REMOVE THEM. This was the worst experience I’ve had and painful. And my nails show it smh!!
