I've been coming to nails and company for a long time they are the best I know around they do a wonderful job on you toenails fingernails and the people that work there a wonderful treat you very nice to always get something to drink when you go in I recommend going to nails and company for anybody and everybody

Wonderful pedicure! Clean, quiet, and beautifully done! My only regret is they don't do dipping gel in colors. I hope they reconsider - I highly recommend!!!!

I am very disappointed. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, I purchased a new bottle of nail polish to use on my toes and finger nails. The pedicure was relaxing and well done. However, the my manicure was all wrong. I asked the technician to cut my nails very short. She had no idea what I was asking of her (language barrier) and just continued to work as normal. I had to ask her THREE times to cut down my nails before I picked up the nail file and started to file them myself. When she put on the polish (a light pink color) it was streaky and uneven. By that night, it was already peeling and chipped, even with a new bottle of polish. I called the next day, but the salon is closed on Mondays. I left a voicemail and the salon called me back on Tuesday, saying that the manager was going to come in later that day and they would call me later in the afternoon. I did not receive a call. I had to call back Wednesday morning in which I was told I would not receive a refund for my manicure because I had no way of proving my nails were chipped and peeling. I don't live in the area and was unable to return to the salon. So basically, the salon is accusing me of being a liar. In any case, I do not recommend this salon and I am very disappointment with the management, Michelle.

I've been going for 10+ Years!! Never had any complaints. If a nail chipped, show up 2-3 days later and they'll happily fix it..
NOW, it has to do with $$$$$
Management has told the staff to charge an extra $5 PER NAIL if the staff glued the nail, put a silk wrap on........everything that they, have been doing FOR FREE for the past 10+ years is now all about their DOLLAR!!!
