I had a bit of a bad experience with this nail shop. I typically use Mike and she doesn’t work sundays so they had a woman who i have never had do my nails and she cut me a few times and I was NOT happy at all. I wrote a prett nasty review then I received a call expressing their concerns and that they were going to refund my money! Wow! That’s incredible not many nail shops or stores in general would do that! I am changing my review to 5 stars! Thank you!

Been coming to Cece Nails now for about a year now and I enjoy coming to get a awesome nail treatment .... Each of the staff members do a fantastic job but my favorite is Mike. I feel welcomed every time I visit every other week. 😀

Went here in February and got mani pedis with my friend. This was the first time I’ve been here as I live in western branch but Work in greenbrier. The pedicure was okay but the hot towel literally burned my feet, the paint was okay and lasted a couple weeks. The acrylic nails I got done were French tipped. I felt rushed and you could see the edges near my cuticle coming off a day or two after, so it didn’t look to good. Really didn’t seem sanitary and their style wasn’t my thing. Most likely won’t come back.

They guy clip my skin several times I had to say easy now!! Paint job was crappy, they want to hurry to get to the next person. No customer service

I went to this shop as a first time customer to get a full in on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, and today Thursday, April 5, 2018 I lost two nails. The owner seem disinterested about my concerns. A different male repaired my nails and they look completely different from the first botched job. I've never been so disappointed in a nail shop. Horrible service! Horrible work! I'm relatively new to Chesapeake and I'm still looking for a new shop.
