If I can give no STAR's I would. This place is beyond repairable and the MANAGEMENT is HORRIBLE! My A/C has been out for 3 days and they claim they have to many work orders ahead of mine to assist with the repair. It is 98 degrees outside and at my age this can cause a heatstroke. I have been crying on the phone and in person to the front office and the lady in the front stated that she has told the maintenance and that when they can they will come and see what is the issue. I have tried everything in my power to fix the problem with no help from the apt complex. The lady in the front is moving out of town and therefore states that she is busy with her move and the best she can do is see if they can take a portable AC unit from another apt and give it to me. I have a daughter and myself that have HAD NO AC FOR 3 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!! in Florida heat!!!!. I have never missed a payment and never try to complain because I know this is not the BEST area or place to live but it what I can afford however they take advantage of people like me and do not care the living situations we are in. I am not sure how the CITY of MI has not shut this place down. Please do not chose this place as a place to live. The crime, the living situation is horrible and no place to live especially if you have kids or elderly.

Been here going on 2 years. Pull my stove from the wall saw it is straight wire no plug. The burners on top of stove doesn't have no drip pans under them. There is so much curd under the burner that sets the smoke alarm off. The plugin in the kitchen messed up my brand new microwave. I have talk to the manger several times still hasn't been fixed. The only thing they want to do is raised the rent and fix nothing but the outside. Also just had a fire in building f. Bad stove that was reportedly several times. Also my water heater is so old it had to turn all the way up for it to warm the water. The only thing the manger wants to do is be nasty and rude. The manger Janice was a good manger but ever since she left these apartments have been going down here.

They need to put money back into the place which is happening slowly but surely since new office mgmt has taken over. It should have been done 40yrs ago. The 2nd major gripe is they do not police the pool in any way shape or form. The same kids in the 2 1/2 yrs I've been here have no adult supervision, believe rules don't apply to them, don't give a damn about trashing the pool area and are downright rude and disrespectful of their elders. Front desk won't do a damn thing about them or the hooligans that come from other Apt complexes(they aren't allowed)so I've thrown in the towel and don't bother going anymore and I do so love to swim.

Pleasantly surprised no roaches so far no crime, Under good management diverse community spacious and Affordable near alot of restaurants shoppping Center's 5⭐
