I’m writing this review from the parking lot because I’m near tears with how awful my nails look.
It wouldn’t be a big deal if I could get in another salon to fix this before I work tomorrow, but it took over two hours, and by the time we were done it was 7:45! I can’t stress how much I regret this nail service.
I asked for a full set, and the owner insisted I get the “powder set”. I told her that I would let her do the powder since she wouldn’t leave it alone.
When she was finished I said, “I don’t like this powder at all. This looks horrible.” She asked what I meant and I said, “My nails are all different shapes and the edges are bumpy!”, to which she tried to blame me by saying, “You said you like the shape and to do that shape.” I told her, “The shape was perfect before the powder application!”, to which she again blamed me for OK-ing the shape.
I am going to go home and try to fix my nails.

She is very very nice and has great customer service. Her work is amazing. I wish more people knew about this place... It's newer than the other places, so not many reviews but she's really good and so nice. Doesn't make you feel like it's just about money at all! And I'm picky about salons but she's great.

Only 1 nail tech. When I got there, the previous customer was showing me how badly her nails were shaped. The nail tech then told me she probably can't shape mine right either so I need to go back to the last person who did my nails. Horrible customer service.

Customer service is awesome! Reasonable prices for great quality work. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Owner is really nice overall, but she doesn't take her time and got frustrated easily. I asked for basic square shaped nails and she gave me oval nails. She got frustrated when I addressed my concern about the shape. I also had green gel polish removed, but it wasn't removed completely and she was going to apply the acrylic fill in over the old gel polish I had previously.-_-
Anytime I asked her, nicely, to fix the problem she got irritated due to the correction... She then called a male to come to the store, as if I was going to hurt her I suppose... But I don't know how she insinuated there was a threat. The work was mediocre and the store and selections are mediocre. Long review, but be aware before you spend your money. I've never written a review on any establishment before, but this experience was kind of ridiculous.
