I made an appointment for 3 of us to get pedicures during our lunch break. They didn’t have anyone available for me so I waited 20 minutes. When someone finally acknowledged me I said never mind now I have to leave when they do and I want the full pedicure not a rushed one. Instead of trying to make it right the gave me my money back and acted like it was no big deal. We made an appointment for a reason and they should have had people available for us. I won’t be back again.

I really really tried to give this place a chance because it is close to my house but i just can’t. My nails were rushed so much when I was there and finishing with them looking awful - edges weren’t cleaned at all, my cuticles weren’t clipped, there was polish all over the sides. I said something to which the manager/owner/whoever agreed and then said i could come back later in the week (as if anyone has time for that) so they scrapped the gel polish off 8/10 of my nails... 4 days Later I am back bc my nails have peeled and chipped. I tried to give them ANOTHER chance but the nails that have been redone are terrible. I will not be trying this place again. It is also pretty annoying when you are made to feel like you’re an inconvenience if you aren’t happy. I am not even super particular but when you don’t even care to look at a customers nails when you are done doing them, that says something about the quality you are producing.

Very bad customer service - when you take an appointment and cannot honor the time then you should make every effort to ensure the customer will be back. No effort was made to ensure we would come back and we won't!!!!!

It was clean and big but the lady who did my nails was rushing to get done. Didn’t soak my nails at all and didn’t really clean the cuticals well. But I would go back to get them done with another person probably. My friend had a good service.

Great salon always get a great Mani that lasts for at least a week (two+ if gel)
