i went there on Thursday for my hair and thefe was lady recommended me a moroccanoil shampoo set which I bought it for $60 but I cannot use because of some ingredient that have and i went to return them on next day which was yesterday (Friday) after 24 hours of my purchase they refused to take it back because they said they don’t give refund back either i have to exchange it with other products or i can get mac med gift card and i said no because before I purchase my shampoo i ask two of the girls that work there what is there return policy and they said with in 7 days unopened packages and with receipt i can return it the way i pay it and now they are refused to take it back. They said i can only get gift card which i can not use it because I don’t go there for anything else there manager called Saturday lwft mw voicemail that there policy is this and they can’t give me money back i get gift card and i can get my nails done or haircut or she said bring your mom like seriously 😳 just because they won’t to give me my $60 back they telling me what i can do with that gift card so stupid there is no store or salon has this policy because everywhere people got there money back unless something is wrong or if they don’t have receipt but in my case nothing was like that but they still refused to take it back and give my money back even do i ask there employees there policy its not my fault that they didn’t mention it that I won’t get my money back if works doesn’t what policy is then how are they expecting there customer to know and when you go back they tell u the details policy while they should mention it to us before we buy products thats like they trying to make side business for money and not giving refund back I won’t not recommend anyone to buy products from there specially they wont return it they try to sale it expensive and try to make money from that i never had this kind of experience ever in my life and I would never ever go back because they don’t care about losing customer i was not expecting this from them. i am just hoping to get my money back because this is not right🙄

I got my first laser hair removal from Mac med spa because I heard about so many good reviews, I ended up getting laser hair removal on my face and ended up getting burned really bad and had a migraine for three days because my face is so hot and red.They didn’t do a test patch on me because I told him I had laser in the past somewhere else. to this day I still have burn marks on my face.It’s been almost a year I didn’t get a refund from them I was only offered to come in and buy make up.For something that Was supposed to boost my confidence did not.
