After having services done by Jane at Sky Nails, I returned for a second visit. Not only did Jane insult me by virtually telling me I could paint my own nails--AFTER I complimented her by asking for her services personally--she further told me she was too busy to help me. However, after completing her current client, her chair sat empty. When I approached her regarding her behaviour, she replied my 'regulars are here!' I'm not quite sure what that was supposed to mean--ALL customers have the potential to become regulars. Furthermore, no matter a regular or not--servicing EVERY customer should be the goal. Jane's unacceptable response was that she 'would not say that again if I did not want her to ..." Unbelievable. She also claimed she 'was only playing.' Sky Nails is noted for great service, but beware of Jane, she's only interested in those she 'deems' as worthy of satisfactory customer service. Yet she accepts EVERYONE'S ... money. Go to SET Nails right down the street. Great work, AND customer service.

We walked in this afternoon to get my daughters nails done for prom. They were very busy as several proms are this weekend. They were very nice and told us to have a seat they would be with us shortly. The wait wasn't bad considering the amount of customers there and the number of people working. The staff was very friendly and offered advise based on my daughters dress color. Her nails are beautiful! They did a great job! Very satisfied with the service!

I had to wait awhile to get serviced At first glance it looks like a hole in the wall however the service was impeccable. Quinn did an amazing job. I’ll definitely return.

They talk about customers, salon was dirty.
I tried to give them a second chance and they blew it. Not only did they not acknowledge me but when they did the said something and laughed. The lady that was doing my nails was very rude and rushed like she didn’t want to be there. While filing my nails she somehow managed to cut me, I said it was fine just give me a bandage. She then told me no and continued to file my nails while I was bleeding. The owner came over and saw my nail and laughed instead of offering me an apology. I also got my toes done and the polish is already chipping, but his service was ok. I was overcharged for horrible service no compensation for her cutting me and still no apology when I left.They used to be so good now the quality and customer service here is horrible. I suggest you go to another nail place in the area.

Quincy is great and he always makes me laugh. Plus he does a great job on my nails.
