This place is awful. You would think it was a party not a nail studio. They talked non stop and it wasn’t in English. There was a yucky fly and it did t seem that clean. Not that friendly No massage after the nails and I felt man handled. They were taking drink breaks during my pedi This place soooo un professional but they seems to keep
Busy. ??? Never go back. Warning to all

I've been to several places. One is Saratoga Springs was fantastic, but after discovering Queen Nails, it's the only place I go. Excellent work (pedicures, manicures, and eyebrow waxing are the services I have experienced.) Very friendly. Great personalities. Can't recommend highly enough!

I found this salon at total random. I am new to the area and had called because I didn't see a website for them, but had noticed good reviews. The staff was very nice and when they learned I was new to the area, they said they would give me a call if I needed directions. I ended up being late, having taken a wrong turn and they did in fact call me to check in. I have never had a salon do that. It was very courteous.
The salon was clean and cozy. They have Happy Hour for 21+ that I absolutely loved! The nail technician was very gentle and diligent, which I appreciated. My nails look great, both hands and feet. The hand wax therapy was new; I've never had that before when getting my nails done. My hands felt so soft and renewed which was wonderful because I get such dry skin during winter.
When I closed out, they gave me a Christmas gift before I left. It was very kind. I felt bad that I didn't have cash on me for tip. I thought there would be a credit slip that I could write the tip on, but I ran to the ATM and came back with a generous tip as I was very grateful for the excellent service! Make sure you have cash for tip! Definitely recommend this salon to friends and family!

CAUTION!! I went here because the place I normally go did not have an apt and I needed them done ASAP. I saw the reviews and they seemed to be good reviews. The lady who did my nails seemed to be rushing. I have been getting ANC done for a while and know how the process goes. She was layering on the clear coat that is applied before you dip the nail. She dipped some nails several times in a row on top of the normal 3 dips you do. She got it all over my finger tips and I had to clip off what was stuck to my skin. When it came to the sanding she sanded along my cuticle like cutting my 7 out od my 10 fingers. I kept telling her but she kept doing it. I would not suggest this place to anyone. It was also kind of dirty in there compared to others salons I have been to.

Always a fun experience. I love the massage chair, the foot and leg massage and the caring, warm personality of Doris and her family.
