It was my first time coming here, & I will never return. First, they tell me to pick a color and there were very few to pick from and they were all dried up??? Anyways, I was getting a pedicure, & they literally massaged me for 3 minutes TOTAL. If i knew that, I would have just asked them to paint my nails because that's basically all they did. I don't recommend this place if you are wanting decent pedicure worth your money.

Absolutely awful. I just got my nails done here and the lady did a God awful job. I was charged 70 dollars for a pedicure and for the nexgen manicure. The pedicure done by the guy was fine. The nexgen Job on my hands was horrible. Not at all neat, there are bubbles on my nails, she didn’t get it right so she tried to paint over it with polish and still sucked. When I pointed it out, they didn’t do anything about it and charged me the full 70 dollars. She didn’t even offer to fix it. Please take your business elsewhere.

Horrible service. I came in for a fill and a gel color. Paint job and shaping was not the best. Literally the next day the gel started to peel off. I didn’t even know gel polish could come off so easy. I ended up having to paint my nails at home because by the time I got off work they were closed. Then a nail broke ! I went back in and they wouldn’t redo my nails after I showed them pics of the original paint job and explained that by the time I got off work they were already closed and I couldn’t go around with my nails looking like that. One of the ladies argued with me and said that they used regular polish and not gel, and then I showed her the gel polish that was used and explained that either way the polish shouldn’t have been coming off the next day! They were unapologetic and told me next time to leave the polish on so they can see it personally. Next time? It was empty both of the times I went in there and I see why. I should’ve read their reviews before going in. Horrible nail place. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!

It took him almost 2 hours to do my nails and it was a very simple task. Then they changed the price on me and didn’t even do them how I wanted. they were way to long and he wouldn’t shorten them down. Don’t go here if you can avoid it

My pedicure is quite nice but they need to up the waxing service. Each time I have had a wax, I have broken out and suffered because the wax is so old and dirty. I asked for chin wax that cost $8 and was charged $20 and my face looks horrible; all red, blotchy and infected! I think I will pass next time. Also, they do not have a waxing room; you are just out in the open and cannot really relax the way she pins your head to the wall.
