I have been going here for about 6 months and have seen Nancy all but the first time. Most places makes my cuticle bleed. And she is always very careful. Being diabetic, I am a bit over careful about cuts. I really like the style she does for me, as you can see from the pictures :)

I went to Prestige nails last week for the first time. I'm new in the area and thought they were a good place to go after reading the reviews. I went in to get a full set of acrylics. I have had acrylic on my nails for over 25 years. I took a break from having my nails done because I was moving. I was extremely dissatisfied. My nail polish is not smooth. You can see lines and bumps. I'm not happy with how they look. They also ask you as soon as you go to pay how much of a tip you want to give. I really don't like being put in an uncomfortable situation feeling like I'm obligated to leave a tip. I also felt like it is like an assembly line. Because of these things I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This place was terrible !! I was given such attitude on how i would like my nails done and i asked so politely. Craig Lim was my nail technician and he was so rude to me, he mocked the way i asked for my nails to be done and gripped my hand tightly when my hand accidentally twitched. I was be-littled and felt like a very unvalued customer. also i don’t like the way they pressure you into tipping. i understand it’s polite but when you are treated terribly i don’t tip and he stood there asking for his tip. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. they have such a bad attitude, especially when you would like to change something. !!!

I get SNS dipping on my fingernails and love it! They do a great job and I have not had any problems all the times I have gone.

This place is absolutely horrible! I made an appointment because I know it can be busy. 30 minutes after my appointment time they put me in a chair and let me wait for 45 more minutes. They said “this is a busy time”. I said, “I’m well aware of that and that’s why I made an appointment”. The only response I got was “oh”. Absolutely horrible business. Don’t take appointments if you’re not going to honor them.
