I used to go to Alex prior to moving away from okc area, who I always thought did a good job on my nails. I give this a 3/5 due to the unprofessionalism of other techs and staff. I went to multiple other technicians prior to going to Alex regularly and my manicures would never last more than 5 days. I received one pedicure from here (I don’t remember who it was), and they charged $55
for a gel pedicure that came off in a few days, the girl also did not do any kind of massage or treatments aside from trimming my toenails and painting them. If you have to go here I only recommend Alex. Otherwise the place is very overpriced for quality. Also the receptionists were always rude and completely unhelpful.

I’ve had 3 different techs at Revel 8. Two of my experiences were good and one was terrible. Alex has no business doing nails. She doesn’t know how to talk to her clients, she completely trashed my cuticles, and she looks unprofessional like dirty. Her art is subpar, not worth what she charges.

Worst service ever, I don't recommended at all
The fact you answered my daughters review saying I was angry, because I didn't, have things my way, just shows how unprofessional you guys are, I called 3 times and not once did I get a call back. I was more than willing to have a different timing for my appoinment, but was only told by one of the employees that I had to speak with the manager to do so.
Not once was I angry or rude. Last time I talked with the employee they told me the manager or owner will called me to see about a refund, because she was busy. I wasn't angry I was frustrated for I had tried solving the problem online, on the phone and wasn't help once, it was then when I asked about the refund. I really appreciate the time you took to answer our reviews through google, sadly you weren't able to do so when it came to actual business. It just shows we're not wrong about the situation. Very professional response to a 17 year old girl about her mom.

Would be nice if y’all put it somewhere online it’s by appointment only! What a wasted trip to downtown Oklahoma and having to drive around to find a parking spot and paying for parking just to have to find a note on the door saying “ at this time we are only taking appointments call this number…ect”

I was very disappointed with my overall experience and I didn’t even step foot into their actual salon. I had decided to surprise my mom with one of their gift certificates for her birthday….worst mistake. After purchasing the gift and giving it to my mom, I found out she had to book an appointment in which she had to pay with her own money and not the one I had gifted her. Just to let y’all know, no where in their website did they specify that when buying a gift certificate. To make things worst whenever my mom called the place to see if she could use the gift certificate they told her she in fact could not and would have to wait until after she booked and appointment to see if they could make that re-arrangement. Whenever we called to see if we could get a refund the employees acted unprofessional and rude saying they would not be able to refund us. I was, surprisingly, given my money back after 2 weeks of me purchasing the gift. If you’re a 17 year old like me, dealing with school and having to work hours for their hard well earned money, I wouldn’t suggest coming here.
