This Nail Lounge is the best in Manhattan! It always looks clean. The staff is very friendly. I get my services done at a GREAT price and above all my nails look awesome. I get compliments on them daily.....I wouldn't go any place else.....

I've reviewed before when my daughter and I first started getting services here, which was a very positive review. However, after receiving services about 3 times after that review I must say I'm very disappointed. The first time I got my nails done it was by the manager there. The subsequent visit were done by females, one on the first row right adjacent the front desk and the other female on the 3rd row, seat closet to pedi section at the end. My nails broke within days..talking about the whole nail. The lady who did it last on the 3rd row absolutely horrible. She had every excuse on why I shouldn't get what I requested, which is what I received each visit.She burn the sides of my finger when sanding down and the final results wasn't pleasing. She didn't wait to apply gel overlay because it was bubbled and bulky. My nails came off within days. It looked like they been done for weeks. This is the second time, I won't be returning to this establishment.

I have gone to 5 different salons before I decided that Element was the one I wanted to continue to come to. They do such an amazing job and are very customer friendly. I recommend it to all my friends and family!

This is the only place I ENJOY going to get my nails done. Consistent quality regardless of technician, clean, friendly and excellent color choice! All while not charging more than the other fairly priced salons in the area. I moved out of town but always try to find time to stop in when I'm home! :)

I loved the atmosphere here and there service was very friendly! I had a technician named Coy (spell check!) and he was great! He did my ombre design. He's very detail oriented and even when I changed my mind a few times he went with the flow! I definitely found my go to nail spot!
