best salon in the area! Libia is amazing and does a great job, been going to her for over 10 years, in addition my co-workers are all fans!

I just finished throwing away 20 bucks. This place; Emanuel's Hair & Nail salon, also known as "hair & nail Salon by Libia Inc." had to be the most atrocious experience Ive ever paid for.
I could have crumpled up 20 dollars threw it in the sewer and felt better about it.
There was nothing service oriented or luxurious or anything about this joint.
I went there on my lunch break. I show up and it's one woman finishing up a nail client. It's HOT in there. The AC is in the window, but no, not on.. and i am sweating.
I knew I should have left, but as I got up, the technician got up and ran water in the tub. i figured I might as well wait. Biggest mistake of my day.
First, she never ever put the jets on in the water. I've never been to a place that had a fully equipped foot spa and didn't turn it on. Not once. the she quickly cut my toenails and barely filed them. BARELY!
The cut my cuticles. During the procedure, her phone rings. What does she do? While working on my feet.. she picks it up and proceeds to have a conversation the whole rest of the time I am sitting there.
I get madder and madder.
So finally this waste of time and money ends. You know how at the end they give you a quick foot massage with lotion. Well this terrible excuse for a technician throws lotion on my feet. Rubs it around barely and then wipes it off with a hot towel.
For 20 bucks, I expect some level of service. This was easily the most terrible experience I've ever had getting a pedicure.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!
